Brought 3 pieces of jewelry for repair. One was a ring that had to be re-sized, one was a string of pearls where the string had to be replaced and the other a necklace where the locking loop had to be replaced (older fingers need bigger locks). Troup was extremely helpful. Everything was done to my extreme satisfaction. Not to mention the price was great. Been a loyal customer for over a decade.
